Functions This heavy duty AirBench is constructed from welded, formed steel panels, powder coated grey after fabrication.
The surface is purpose made 3 mm thick smooth top perforated steel, also powder coated after fabrication.
AirBench FPT features a unique 3-stage filtration process designed specifically for the high spark, fume, and debris loadings developed by applications such as welding, grinding, and fettling at production levels. The second stage utilises very low cost disposable pads to protect the main filter and extend its life to minimise filter costs. Multiple direction changes promote drop-out of heavy particles and further reduce the main filter load.
AirBench FPT is a 970mm deep workstation with a 300mm kneespace for truly comfortable full time seated working. Actual ventilated area is 1200x600mm. This unit is designed to provide efficient downdraught extraction whilst also providing excellent working ergonomics, and is well suited to precision working where seated operation is required, for example when working with small components.
The main media filter is housed to the left of the main working section; units are delivered in two sections and require bolting together before use.
FPT is supplied complete with integral 240 volt fanset with IP56 motor enclosure, on/off switch, 3m mains lead and fused plug for rapid installation and setting to work.
The FPT range is robust and is well suited to continuous, production level use with surface loads up to 150 kg.
