Functions
This heavy duty AirBench is constructed from welded, formed steel panels, powder coated grey after fabrication.
The surface is purpose made 3 mm thick smooth top perforated steel, also powder coated after fabrication.
AirBench FPK is a 970mm deep workstation with a 300mm kneespace for truly comfortable full time seated working. The front 600mm of the surface is ventilated. This unit is designed to provide efficient downdraught dust or fume extraction whilst providing excellent working ergonomics, and is well suited to precision working where seated operation is required, for example when working with small components.
A rigid clamp bar provides positive filter sealing against soft rubber seals; filters are accessed for cleaning and removal from the top. Filter changes can be accomplished in minutes.
AirBench FPK is supplied complete with integral 240 volt fanset with IP56 motor enclosure, on/off switch, 3m mains lead and fused plug for rapid installation and setting to work.
The AirBench FPK range is a robust and is well suited to continuous, production level use with surface loads up to 150 kg.
